Not all my JCM meetings are listed. What to do?

You are only able to see the JCM meetings we have confirmed will take place. Due to the busy schedule of the participants not all meetings are accepted. If you're not seeing the confirmed meetings please contact us at professionals@cinekid.nl.

Only my JCM meetings are visible on the Meetings page. Why is that?

Only the JCM meetings are visible because Cinekid has arranged them for you. All other meetings with attending professionals you can arrange yourself and won't be included in on the Meetings page. Please contact the attending professionals directly through the Industry Manual.

What time zone is the CfP programme?

The times of the programme are adjusted to your current local timezone.

Is there a festival hangout? Where can I find it and how does it work?

Yes, there is a virtual hang-out, which can be visited through this link. Please make sure to use Google Chrome.

Can I meet people outside a meeting?

You can set up meetings by contacting other delegates through our Industry Manual. Need any help with finding the right contact, please let us know at professionals@cinekid.nl.

I can’t see the chat in the lower right corner of the screen, why?

If you are using an adblocker, it’s possible that the chat function is not working properly. Please try to disable the adblocker and try again. If this doesn’t help, please contact us by email at professionals@cinekid.nl.

What is the different between Q&A box below the player, and the chat box on the bottom right of the page?

The Q&A box ("ask your questions here/stel je vraag hier") is used to ask questions to the moderator and the guests of our programme. Feel free to ask a question and click on "Verstuur". You can use the chat box on the bottom right of the webpage for questions about access to the platform and other technical matters.

I have problems with the sound in the meeting room. What to do?

Please adjust the volume with the volume bar on the lower left corner of the player or unmute by clicking on the little cross. If that does not work, try refreshing the page or by using another browser. Our website is best used in Google Chrome.

Please check if your camera is on and check for pop-up messages which might ask you to allow the use of the camera. If this does not help please use the refresh button or try another browser. Our website is best used in Google Chrome.
